SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new collection launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Shop Studio Noir is not responsible for packages that are:

Lost in transit
Stolen after delivery
Delayed due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
